Symptoms

When attempting to access the P6 EPPM Web Login Page, the following error occurs:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at server..com Port XX



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter the P6 EPPM URL into a browser.

2. View reported error.

Due to this issue, users cannot log into P6.
