When a Return to Vendor (RTV) is created and later cancelled in Store Inventory Management (SIM), the messages are flowing to Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
After processing the messages from SIM, RMS is publishing a RtvReqMod message to SIM in order to cancel the RTV. The message fails in SIM with error: "Vendor Return cannot be modified. Return: null Status: CANCELED_RTV".
Steps to recreate:
1. Create a RTV in SIM. Verify that message is successfully processed in RMS.
2. Cancel the RTV created before. Verify that message is successfully processed in RMS.
3. RtvReqMod message is failing in SIM, MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table, with following error: "Vendor Return cannot be modified. Return: null Status: CANCELED_RTV"
