Attempting to add a Migration Assistant Configuration causes an NoClassDefFoundError exception.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Admin Menu -> General -> Master Configuration
  2. Press action Add for "Migration Assistant Configuration"
  3. Complete the data
  4. Pressing save causes the error
