Why The RECONCILED_QTY In TSFDETAIL Table Is Not Getting Updated After Stock Order Reconciliation (Doc ID 2277198.1)

RECONCILED_QTY in TSFDETAIL table is not updated after stock order reconciliation.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create transfer.
2. Ship full quantity.
3. Receive less quantity.
4. Perform Stock Order Reconciliation.
5. Open transfer detail screen.
6. Note RECONCILED_QTY is null in TSFDETAIL table.
