Symptoms
For releases 2.5.0.0 and later, running "nms-setup" results in this error:

ORA-20001: An error was encountered - ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at line 86
....
ISQL Error encountered in file product_ces_customers_updated_service_alert.sql.
For releases 2.4.0.1 and earler, running "ces_setup.ces results in this error:
ISQL.ces loading[$CES_SQL_FILES]/product_ces_customers_updated_service_alert.sql
