Symptoms
In Argus 7.0.5.
When accepting a Follow Up E2B Report the following error is being returned:

Case XXXXX General error while creating E2b report.
The SGML could not be generated for parent element. REACTION and child element: REACTIONHOSPSTARTDATEFORMAT_EXTENSION.
The following error occurred: ORA-01007: variable not in select list. Stored Procedure: GET_LEVEL3_SGML
The initial report was accepted successfully.
REACTIONHOSPSTARTDATEFORMAT_EXTENSION is a newly added E2B Extension
