Unable to Print Switch Plans that Have External Documents Attached

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users cannot print switch sheets directly from the PRINT dialog on the Switch Sheet Toolbar.
Also, PRINT PREVIEW followed by PRINT does work.
File X Does Not Exist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a switch plan with at least one step
2. Attach a text document to it
3. Save it
4. Print the document.
5. In the Print Selection dialog, make sure that the External Documents box is checked.
6. Press ok.
7. Observe error
