Applies to:
Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 2.5.0.4.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
ORMB v2.5.0.4.0 against FW 4.3.0.2.0 version:
Login page is displaying a server connection error. This is after OAM integration.
However once we reinstalled fresh and did not configure OAM, it showed same error. This overrules any OAM related issue.
We know ORMB supports 3 J2EE login types: FORM (the default), BASIC (used by partners for development) and CLIENT-CERT for SSO and other integration.
For configuration, we implemented all details as listed in OUAF-SSO-Integration.pdf (Doc ID 799912.1).
But still the login option gives error when option is CLIENT-CERT. It works fine for when option is back to FORM.
