Is there a way to get the original value of password stored in PIN_FLD_PASSWD of /service?

The output always gives sha1 encoded text “sha1|5C6DA0A47F6C879E892B5CDC86D872B3604BFBC4|B2A30E335D18485E0BD5C4D6633AF39D” which is the encryption done at the FM level.
Please advise if there is any API or method available to decode above value. If not what are the alternatives.
