Symptoms

Trying to log into MedDRA loader as SYSTEM in order to load MedDRA,
Received the following error:
Please change the Argus database semantics to CHAR before proceeding.

Nothing was changed in the database or the server since the last loading of MedDRA to the best of my knowledge.
