Scheduled Activity Detail Report Not Running Sporadically in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2277651.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Scheduled Report "<Customer Specific Activity Detail Report>", the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
<Customer Specific Activity Detail Report> failed.
Errors: [getActivityPath]unable to get activity for id = <Customer Specific Activity ID>
Context: [<br>].

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Log in as user that owns/runs the Scheduled Report
  2. Navigate to the Reports page
  3. Locate the Report
  4. Select the Report
  5. Click the "History" tab
    1. Note all Errors received from failed Scheduled Runs

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Scheduled Report runs everyday without issue
