Scheduled Activity Detail Report Not Running Sporadically in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

When attempting to run Scheduled Report "<Customer Specific Activity Detail Report>", the following error occurs.
<Customer Specific Activity Detail Report> failed.
Errors: [getActivityPath]unable to get activity for id = <Customer Specific Activity ID>
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Log in as user that owns/runs the Scheduled Report
- Navigate to the Reports page
- Locate the Report
- Select the Report
- Click the "History" tab
- Note all Errors received from failed Scheduled Runs
Scheduled Report runs everyday without issue
