Symptoms
After upgrading to Oracle Clinical 5.1, when logging into OC the error below is thrown:
"The forms and Database version of OCl is different "
After pressing "ok" from the above error message, you're able to see the menu items but the top Menu node shows:
OCL 5.1.0- INCOMPATIBLE WITH DATABASE VERSION
