Symptoms
After upgrading to Oracle Clinical 5.1, you're facing the below error while logging in:
"The forms and Database version of OCl is different "
After pressing "ok" after the above error message then you're able to see the menu items, but the top OC Menu item node shows:
OCL 5.1.0- INCOMPATIBLE WITH DATABASE VERSION
