Not Able To Login To The CCB Application With LDAP User

LDAP - Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
On CCB v188.8.131.52.0
You may be unable to login to the CCB application with a LDAP User, though you can successfully login to Weblogic console. the following error may be seen:
No user profile found for authenticated user='user'
Is there a way of allowing CCB to accept the username in any case?
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
attempt to login to CCB with LDAP user
