Symptoms
The MTA spamfilter milter plug-in for Oracle Messaging Server 8.0.1 is causing truncation of messages.
After upgrading to Oracle Communications Messaging Server to 8.0.1 from 7u5, there are truncated message deliveries from the MTA. The messages affected are messages that utilize the milter spamfilter plug-in, which interacts with an external milter to add a disclaimer to the body of the messages.
The following error is returned: Message body truncated or empty.
