ClientSearch Problem after Opening Inquiry (Doc ID 2278342.1)

Actual Behavior
If an Inquiry Screen is opened while viewing the Client Search Screen, the search fields become doubled and the search no longer works

Expected Behavior
Opening Inquiry Screens should not impact the client search.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Go to ClientSearch
2 - Open any InquiryScreen
3 - Close the InquiryScreen and now the fields are all doubled into the ClientSearch.

The issue has the following business impact:
This causes unnecessary delays for the users and testers .
