Error: 'Unable To Save Changes, An Unknown Error Has Occurred' In the Activities Window (Doc ID 2278463.1)

When attempting to save changes on the Activities window, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Navigate to Administer > Enterprise Data > Global > Currencies.
  3. Change the currency settings by setting the symbols for the Euro from Decimal to Comma and the digit grouping symbol to Period.
  4. Open a project.
  5. Edit the progress of an activity by changing it to anything other than 0% or 100%, i.e. between 1% and 99%.
  6. Press the Save icon.
  7. Observe the reported error.
