Symptoms
Data Access Pack (DAP) templates with request variables cannot be selected in DAP2 feature node.
When adding a DAP template to the DAP2 node, only templates that have no request variables in them are shown in the drop-down list.
If the request variables are removed from the template, it shows up for use again.
Note: In this scenario only variables marked as "Hidden" are used in DAP templates.
Example of a test template with a variable also known as dynamic parameter.
With $foo set to Hidden or Temporary Storage.
