Newly Created 5.1.0 Users Cannot Save CRFs in RDC (Doc ID 2278581.1)

Symptoms

When a newly created user is attempting to save data on a CRF in RDC, the following error occurs:

The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and
will shut down. If the problem recurs, please report the following
information for diagnostic purposes:
Log code XXXXXXXXXXX, data capture error.


Additionally, the OpaServer1-diagnostic.log file contains the following error:

oracle.pharma.rdc.de.exception.FailedOperationException: Error in DCAPI Module: WriteResponses - -1:GetResponseSeq: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
