Approvers (User Group) Missing in Workflow After Upgrade to 9.3.5 (Doc ID 2278999.1)

Symptoms


Approver field in workflow where user group assigned as approver become blank after upgrade to 9.3.5, but if the approver is user, it is work fine.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Both user group and user approvers should be keep same with values before upgrading

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run AUT to upgrade Agile to 9.3.5
2. Log into Java Client, go to workflow status, choose one criteria double click it 
3. The Approvers field is blank, but before upgrade, it is not.
