Symptoms

On : 1.12.0.3 version, Data Model

If work-order processing is used, the timestamps for import files in $OPERATIONS_MODELS/data/patches/done are not consistent.

When the script ces_build_maps.ces processes an mbd directory (basically, a work order), it does not check the data/patches/done directory for the individual import files processed.
Instead, it only moves the mbd directory.

Examples:
nmsmodel@nms-server1:~/operation_model/data$ cd patches

nmsmodel@nms-server1:~/operation_model/data/patches$ find . -name "mapA.*" | xargs ls -l
-rw-r----- 1 nmsmodel nms 634342 Dec 15 07:21 ./done/mapA.mb
-rw-r----- 1 nmsmodel nms 632209 Dec 7 07:27 ./done/old/mapA.mb
-rw-r----- 1 nmsmodel nms 648923 Jan 26 18:57 ./done/WO_mapAB.mbd/mapA.mb

It is expected that data/patches/done should always contain the latest version of an import file

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Build a specific map
2. update the mp file
3. Build the mp file as part of a work order
4. Check the patches/done directory.
5. Both versions of the map are there.
