Incorrect Update of In Transit Quantity when a Received Transfer is Adjusted

Symptoms
In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, when a received transfer is adjusted, the in transit quantity is wrongly updated.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a store to store transfer for 10 units.
2. Ship and dispatch 10 units. Notice that STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_IN_TRANSIT column is updated as10.
3. In receiving store, receive 0 units and confirm. Notice that STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_IN_TRANSIT is 0.
4. Adjust received qty from 0 to 3 and confirm. Notice the STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_IN_TRANSIT is updated incorrectly to -10. It should be 0.
