Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Assigned TN's do not populate on preview

The MPTN and ALT numbers do not appear on the order preview.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The MPTN and ALT numbers do not appear on the order preview.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Create a PSR that has a DID trunk assigned to a service location.
 2. Assign 10 TN's, set one as a MPTN and 9 as ALTS.
 3. Finish the order and validate and close.
 4. From the query monster window select the PSR and right click.
 5. Choose Preview from the sub menu.
 6. Select telephone number association.
 7. No TN info is populated on the report.
