Missing Parameter Error Displayed During Case Lock (Doc ID 2279436.1)

The Auto Lock is configured for a workflow rule in the application. When a case is routed through that specific workflow rule, the system displays "Missing Parameter" error.

When we searched issue in the Oracle Support site, we found a bug "Bug 25738516" for this issue. There is a temporary workaround mentioned in the bug to enable the option "Allow Local Locking" for the specific user. We have done the suggested workaround, but still the issue persists.
