Error Package Id Is Missing Is Displayed When Completing an Order (Doc ID 2279475.1)

Pressing the Complete button after Show Eligibility in the Order page shows Package Id is missing. Pressing the OK button of the error message displays Action invalid multiple times and the expected SA is created.
