Symptoms
When attempting to run a sync from Inspire to P6, the P6 communication channel shows the error "Primavera Session could not be established".
ERRORS
-----------------------
- Primavera Session could not be established
- Processing was aborted because Primavera Session is not available
- Permanent error in BPE inbound processing
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Inspire
- Run sync from SAP > Inspire
- Sync fails
- P6 communication channel shows the error "Primavera Session could not be established".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot move data between SAP and P6.
OTHER CONTEXT

Unable to process synchronization jobs with Inspire.
