Symptoms

When attempting to run a sync from Inspire to P6, the P6 communication channel shows the error "Primavera Session could not be established".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Inspire
  2. Run sync from SAP > Inspire
  3. Sync fails
  4. P6 communication channel shows the error "Primavera Session could not be established".

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot move data between SAP and P6.

OTHER CONTEXT

Unable to process synchronization jobs with Inspire.
