Goal

The customer is unable to produce a working version of db_patch_standalone.jar

The customer followed the steps in the ‘Database Patching section’ of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Installation Guide and get the following error:

bash-4.2$ ./ouafDatabasePatch.sh
Incompatible Database Tools Patching Utility
Patch Version for Single Fix 25808792: V4.3.0.4.0
Database Tools Patching Utility: V4.3.0.3.0
