Audit Release Result Windows Show Rev Conflict Error and Cannot Process Pending Change While Items Set to Affected Items Shows That the Change Is Already Released (Doc ID 2279652.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Getting below error on Audit Release Result window and cannot release Change. Part P00001 is the part set to Affected Items tab of the change. However when moving to P00001 changes tab,
no record in Pending Changes table and on Change History tab the Change causing the error is displayed with Rev:1 meaning the change itself is already released. Rel Date is set to blank.

Rev conflict : P00001/1

Steps

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Go to pending Change
  3. Press Audit button on the Change
