On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, ENV - Environment
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Reactivated SA does not show up in the SA drop down list in Off Cycle Bill Generator page. This prevents the creation of an Off Cycle Bill for the reactivated SA. The OCBC page description indicates it is to include non-cancelled/non-closed SA’s – but this is not the case.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- ZONE - C1-SAOCBGSR – needs to be updated to include Reactivate SA to the SA drop down list selection
