Symptoms

Upon submitting job(s) to run via Data Mining Runs process, the process initiates and the following notification appears on the screen:

 "Your run is being submitted. Working"

Checking the status of the scheduled jobs in Data Mining Run, the status remains NULL/blank after some time suggesting the processes are in a hung state.
