'WSJournalQueue' And 'DBJournalQueue' Files Not Processed When Last Transaction Before Client Goes offline Is a Till Close (Doc ID 2279876.1)

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , WSJournalQueue and DBJournalQueue files do not getting processed if the last transaction performed on the register before the server goes down is a Till Close.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open Store, Register, assign till and perform a transaction
2. Bring down POS server
3. Perform a Till close
4. Bring the client down
5. Bring up the POS server
6. Bring up the POS client

Observe that the Ejournals do not get processed from the WSJournalQueue and DBJournalQueue directories.
