'ReceiptCre' Message Contains UINs That Were Not Received in Store-Store Transfer

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), for a transfer receipt between stores that carries UINs, although the user didn't receive all the UINs, the ReceiptCre message created contains all the UINs that were dispatched in the transfer including the UINs that weren't received.
Steps to Reproduce:
Make sure that the system admin parameter TSF_FORCE_CLOSE_IND = No Loss. Also, from Retail Merchandising System (RMS), make sure that the Capture Time for the UIN is "store receiving".
1. Create a Store to Store Transfer with an item (ex: 107650054), and dispatch 3 UINs.
2. When receiving the transfer, receive only one of the 3 UINs.
3. Confirm the receipt of the transfer.
4. Check the MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table for the ReceiptCre message created for the transfer reception.
Note that the message contains the three dispatched UINs.
