Activities Slow To Dispatch In MWM Due To Invalid Data Type Values (Doc ID 2279881.1)

Symptoms

Activities are frequently very slow to transition from the Queued to Dispatch to Assignment in Progress status. This seems to happen whether it is manually initiated by a Dispatcher (right click on the Task on the Gantt, Dispatch) or automatically by the Scheduler. The Activity often sits in the Queued for Dispatch status for 10+ minutes before transitioning to the Assignment in Progress. It isn't until that status transition happens that the Assignment object is created in the Pending Dispatch status.  This issue has been found to be unrelated to connectivity or slowness between the MDT and MWM. It appears to be purely a scheduler lag transitioning the Activity.  Use in the environment is low so volume is quite low and not expected to be a factor.
