Duplicate Results from PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACTION_ITEMS for a Bill Now Bill (Doc ID 2279987.1)

Using PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACTION_ITEMS opcode to retrieve AR items, it returned duplicate results for a BILL NOW bill.

There should be no duplication in results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)  Create an account hierarchy
2)  Add subordinate billunit(s) for both parent and child accounts
     So that, Default billunit of parent account acts as an AR Parent of:
     a) Default billunit of child account (created at the time of child account creation)
     b) Subordinate billunit(s) of parent account
     c) Subordinate billunit(s) of child account
3)  Process usages for all bill units.
4)  Run Bill Now on parent account (Bill Now should happen for all billunits.)
5)  Run pin_collect to collect CC Payment
6)  Retrieve the AR items using PCM_OP_AR_GET_ACTION_ITEMS
