In FTP 8.0, the transfer rates for loans in tease period appear to be using incorrect lookup for straight term transfer pricing method.

OFSA 4.5 and OFSAA 8.0 transfer rate results are not matching for Straight term Method on Fixed Loan

OFSAA values are not matching when Last Reprice Date > Origination Date for Straight term method of Fixed Rate Loans.

Have observed that Transfer Rate result for Straight Term Method are based on LAST_REPRICE_DATE in OFSAA 8.0, whereas OFSA 4.5 Transfer rate results are based on ORIGINATION_DATE.

As per the Cash Flow Engine User Guide:

Oracle Funds Transfer Pricing
Because TEASER_END_DATE overrides the other repricing fields, if a record is currently in its tease period, the last repricing date equals the ORIGINATION_ DATE and the next repricing date equals the TEASER_END_DATE.  Therefore, expect that origination_date is referenced to pull correct transfer rate from the yield curve when instrument.
