Customer Updater Not Starting After App Configuration Republish (Doc ID 2280266.1)

Symptoms

On :  ECE 11.3.0.3.0 version, Customer data management

After making certain changes in the app configuration (charging-settings.xml) and updating the JMX attributes, while trying to start customer updater , it throws below error:


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Modify connectionConfigurations in charging-settings.xml
   For example :
   move customerUpdater connectionConfigurations from 0th element (which is default) to 2nd element
   start customerUpdater

2. stop customerUpdater
   From jconsole, delete existing customerUpdater connectionConfiguration which is at 0th position, add customerUpdater connectionConfiguration, which will be 2nd element in connectionConfigurations
   start customerUpdater
