File Manager Fails to Start Up After Applying 9.3.5 RUP1 on Applied Environment

After applying, File Manager fails to start up.

In catalina.log file, can see error like below;

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Stop File Manager
  2. Apply to File Manager
  3. Delete File Manager server cache folder
  4. Startup File Manager. Fails to start up
