Symptoms

Enhance the MetaSolv Solution application by increasing the ASAP.TERMINAL_LOCATION.CARRIER_SERVING_AREA field length definition from NUMBER(5) to NUMBER(9) as well as its corresponding "Carrier Serving Area" field in the "Terminal Location - New" data window (w_terminal_location_pair_maint).
