Enhancement Request - Expedite Indicator Field Needs Support in CORBA and XML API (Doc ID 2281090.1)

Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution's CORBA and XML APIs currently do NOT support the PSR order's "Expedite" indicator field.  Enhance the application by adding support of this field in the APIs. The field is located on the PSR Order's Order Information > Order Info tab (see image below).
