Resetting the SFTP password is not a self service action in the Cloud environment, thus a Service Request (SR) needs to be logged to request the password be reset when the email from Oracle stating that the password will expire is received. This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to reset the SFTP password for Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) and Retail Advanced Science Engine (ORASE) Cloud Services.
