How to Log a SR to Reset SFTP Password (Doc ID 2281858.1)

Resetting the SFTP password is not a self service action in the Cloud environment, thus a Service Request (SR) needs to be logged. This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to reset the SFTP password for Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) and Retail Advanced Science Engine (ORASE) Cloud Services.
