Inconsistent behavior of crew makeup
When modifying existing crews or setting up new crews, changes are being saved inconsistently. Often, there is an error dialog "Not able to save crew" message when saving updates. There are also messages in the corbagateway log file:

crew_member_classes configuration against crew_members table.
Steps to reproduce the error:
1. Login to NMS and subscribe to all Zones.
2. Click on Crew Tab
3. Try adding a new crew and updating it by addition new crew members / vehicles
The first crew member gets added, while adding more it throws an error saying not able to save crew.
The crew member information also display number for skill instead of text values.
