Unable to Navigate from TN Summary to Service Summary from Assignment Tab With no Error Thrown

Issue: While the TN associated to a service and when attempt to navigate from TN Summary Page to Service Summary Page, from the Assignments tab, the Navigation does not happen and nothing happens.
Below are steps to reproduce the issue,
1. Prepare a cartridge with Service, Service Configuration and TN Specifications. Deploy the cartridge to the UIM environment.
2. Create a TN instance and associate to a service. Change the state of the service to "In Service" state.
3. Search for TN and navigate to the TN Summary page.
4. Navigate to the Assignments tab.
5. Click on the Service Id link in the Assignments tab.
