SPO: Why is "Escalation level picked up" Measure Defaulted to "Default Profile"? (Doc ID 2282332.1)

The "Escalation level picked up" measure is not populated with a valid escalation level, instead the measure is defaulted as "Default Profile".   Why is the Profile being set to Default Profile?
