User Data Problem - Unable to Create Dependency Between Two Drop-down Lists (Doc ID 2282511.1)

User Data can not be created or configured with a dependency between two drop-down lists.  For example, in the image and recreation steps below, the value selected for "Order Type" should determine the available values listed for "Order Reason".

Recreation Steps

1. Application Setup

2. User Data Categories

3. Add New (configure as below)

  User Data Categories Configuration
  User Data Category = ORDER_TYPE
  User Data Category Type = List
  Description = Order Type
  * Add list as needed

  User Data Category = ORDER_REASON
  User Data Category Type = List
  Description = Order Reason
  * Add list as needed

5. Order Management Setup

6. User Data-PSR

7. Add New (configure as below)

  Product Service Request User Data Configuration (ensure visible)
  Column Name = ORDER_TYPE
  Data Type = DROPDOWN
  Category = ORDER_TYPE
  Category Type = List
  Relationship = Reference
  Label = Order Type

  Column Name = ORDER_REASON
  Data Type = DROPDOWN
  Category = ORDER_REASON
  Category Type = List
  Relationship = Reference
  Label = Order Reason

8. Order Management

9. Service Requests

10. Add New - Create new PSR order

11. Observe the behavior of the Order Type and Order Reason drop-down list boxes under the User Data Information section

Business Impact

Due to this issue, users are are unable to accurately determine the correct Order Reason value for a particular Order Type.
