Items With Dimensions Updated Are Failing In SIM With Error "UOM not found! UOM : null"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Item is having data in "ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_DIM" table in Retail Merchandising System(RMS), it is failing in Store Inventory Management (SIM) with "UOM not found! UOM : null" error.
UOM is present in UOM_CLASS and UOM_CONVERSION tables in SIM and RMS.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <Patch 26184405>;
2. Create an item and add specific dimensions (ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_DIM updated);
3. Notice Items are failing in SIM with "UOM not found! UOM : null"
