On : 8.4.15.0 version, Reporting / Dashboards

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When run P6 Analytics report, the calendar week 4 (2017-01-23) of 2017 breaks into 2 parts, including week 3 calendar (2017-01-16) and week 4 calendar (2017-01-23).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The calendar week 4 should only specify week 4 calendar (2017-01-23).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login OBI Analytics
2. Create a new report
3. Subject areas -> Primavera - Resource Assignment
    a. General -(Project) : Project ID
    b. Calendar: Calendar week
    c. General -(Project): Project name
    d. General -(Activity): Activity Name
    e. General -(Resource): Resource name
    f. Assignment Role: Role name
    g. Calendar: Week name 
    h. Units: Actual Units
    i. Codes -(Project): Business Unit
4. Run report
5. Noticed the issue
