On : 7.4 MPS2 version, Accounts Receivable (AR)
pin_mass_refund runs as part of daily billing and on a regular basis it takes 50 to 60 minutes to process 1500 to 1700 accounts, it becomes a bottle neck in the production.
DBA has suggested to add an index to column cycle_end_t of event_product_fee_cycle_t table, the cost of the execution has drastically come down and the pin_mass_refund job is getting executed very fast.
Are there any impacts on adding the above index to the mentioned table?
