Unable to Import Line Items Using .csv File Containing Chinese Characters

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to import a .csv file that uses Chinese characters, the import finished successfully, but the Chinese characters become corrupted and are unreadable.
If the Line Item is manually entered, the Chinese characters showed correctly.
