POS Allows To Select Disabled Menu Even When They Appear Disabled (Doc ID 2283225.1)

Goal

On Oracle Retail Point-of-Service(ORPOS) sale screen, after adding an item if F8 is pressed, a hover menu options appears. All other menu's (like Transaction,Customer) on sell items screen appear disabled but user is able to click and continue to that flow. Disabled buttons should not allow continue to the flow.
