RMS Database Table and Application do not reflect the correct release/version implemented (Doc ID 2283248.1)

Symptoms

RMS_VERS column from PRODUCT_VERS_CONFIG_OPTIONS table doesn't reflect the correct Retail Merchandising System (RMS) release/version implemented.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Run the following select on RMS database:
        select * from product_vers_config_options;
  2. Notice that even if it was installed RMS ver 14.1.2, the RMS_VERS column from PRODUCT_VERS_CONFIG_OPTIONS table is specifying the version 13.2.4.
